What the quote form collects
If you ask for a quote, the form collects your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and message. You may also attach photos of your bathroom. We use this only to answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule a visit.
How your request is sent
The form sends your request to our company lead server at clients.eyetoad.com. It is operated for Aging Safely Baths by Eye To Ad Media. The server stores the request and emails our sales team. If that server is unavailable, the form may instead send your request through EmailJS (emailjs.com). That is a third-party delivery service with its own privacy policy, so we do not control how it handles data it receives.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your quote. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or tell us on a call to remove you.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and which buttons are used, such as phone-number clicks. It uses cookies and similar identifiers. Google truncates IP addresses and keeps analytics data for 14 months. Read Google's privacy policy, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to stop being counted.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services described above that deliver your request, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records as long as needed to respond to your quote request and to meet legal and record-keeping duties. After that they are deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent by emailing sales@agingsafelybaths.com or calling 1-888-779-2284. You can also tell us to stop calling or texting at any time. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We do not collect payment card or bank details on this site. No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not include sensitive details such as Social Security numbers in your message or photos.
